WHITE CASTLE KITCHEN WORKER

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

White Castle Las Vegas is seeking friendly, fun and energetic Team Members to help us create our famous “steam-grilled-on-a-bed-of-onions Sliders” as well as memorable moments for the most loyal customer base around!  No experience required – we just need outgoing, positive, and smiling people who want to work alongside our awesome team! Successful Team Members are hardworking team players who are eager to help us create memorable moments for every guest, every day.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Become proficient in all operational areas of the restaurants (grill, fryer, cashier, dining room attendant, expo, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to each of our guests.
  • Available shifts include:
    • First/Day (Day) = 8 am – 4 pm
    • Second/Afternoon (Swing) = 4 pm – 12 am
    • Third/Night (Grave) = 12 am – 8 am

 

INCENTIVES

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
