Delivery Project Manager in
Las Vegas, NV to Oversee customer support processes using industry best practices and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction. Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or Applied Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Project Manager, System Analyst, or relate role. Experience must include overseeing project planning and development; allocating resources; managing projects using Agile methodologies and Kanban process management; Splunk; AppDynamics; ServiceNow; and Jira. Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the U.S.
