Job Responsibilities:
• Present a positive attitude to teammates and customers
• Schedule express service reservations
• Greet walk in and reservation customers as they enter the service drive
• Generate express service repair order and acquire customer’s signature
• Perform multi-point inspection (MPI) top side tasks and record results
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and services
• Present multipoint inspection findings to customers with estimate (RIM process)
• Handle customer’s objections and prioritize vehicle service and maintenance needs
• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
• Update customers of changes and vehicle service completion
• Build customer retention through outstanding customer service and concern resolution
• Monitor maintenance parts inventory and replenish as necessary
• Invoice, cash out and close service invoices
• Pre-schedule next reservation
• Ensure a safe working environment
