DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS: TCS John Huxley America, Inc. seeks Director of Operations in Las Vegas, NV. Plan, initiate, manage information technology projects pertaining to our electronic table game (ETG) systems. Lead, guide work of technical staff incl recruiting, hiring, overseeing & training on ETG systems & processes; liaise between business & technical aspects of projects, incl facilitating, coordinating customer requests for facility visits, reviewing products in use w/ customers & identifying & addressing suitability gaps with casino operations & management, forecasting project revenue, reporting of ETG software installations, upgrades, trials, patches, bug fixes; serve as resource to understand, demonstrate, train on ETG product features & benefits to staff, customers, potential customers, especially from technical side; assist with building planning for IT wiring, electrical, telephone & data network infrastructure for relocation & renovation projects; assist in managing outstanding issue lists, installation issues/complaints, customer training requests & product documentation.
