Full Time/Part Time Non-Exempt (Hourly)
$20.00 per hour

Summary:

The Field Inspector for Community Standards is a prominent support position representing the
Sun City Summerlin Community Association, Inc.

Description of Duties:

• Inspect properties and document with photos that have alleged violations
• Performs inspections for application completions
• Attend ARC Committee meetings
• Miscellaneous office duties
• Additional duties relevant to this position as assigned

challenged to respond to negative comments
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Machines and Equipment Used:

Typical of an office environment
Current NDL and insurance required
Cell Phone with date/time stamp app

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods. Lifting up
to 25 pounds. Sufficient strength and stamina to ensure a productive work environment
within an office setting.
• Work Environment: Risks and discomforts typical of an office/meeting environment. In a
company golf cart. Some weather conditions could come into play. Requires performing all
job functions using all safety precautions and applying all SCSCAI safety policies and
procedures.
