Job Descriptions:
Behavioral Health Technician: BHT’s have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (or a BA/BS in another field, plus at least one year of full-time behavioral health experience), OR an Associate’s degree, plus at least two years’ full-time behavioral health experience, OR a high school diploma/GED, with post-high school education in behavioral health, and at least two years’ full-time behavioral health experience, OR a high school diploma/GED and at least four years’ full-time behavioral health experience. These important positions provide case management and other supportive covered services directly to clients and their families. Positions require an applicant to be at least 21, have valid Arizona driver’s license, and obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance.
Behavioral Health Professional: BHPP’s fill important roles in our clinical teams in the outpatient clinics, as well as in our residential and inpatient programs. Candidates for these positions must be at least 21, have a high school diploma/GED, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance.
Human Service Worker: This position is supervised by the Director of Nursing and is indirectly supervised by the shift supervisors. Unless specifically designated, this position does not supervise any other personnel. Provide care and safety to children and adults placed in the Level I Subacute Facility (SAF). Care includes providing a therapeutic and educational program via Educational Protocols, assisting with recreational programs of clients and careful monitoring and reporting to shift supervisors the client's behavior. Candidates for these positions must be at least 21, have a high school diploma/GED, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance.
