CLASSIFIED ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsible for: selling, maintaining and growing multimedia advertising revenue derived from existing accounts, new inbound calls/accounts, and new accounts developed through representative’s own outbound telephone and electronic sales prospecting efforts; building and sustaining strong client relationships; ensuring accurate, timely internal and external communication; ensuring accuracy and integrity of rates; ensuring exceptional client satisfaction; meeting/exceeding assigned sales revenue goals; and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Follow company’s accepted sales processes, standards, policies, deadlines, and best practices at all
- Continuously develop network of decision-maker contacts and identify new sales
- Achieve at least the minimum required number of outbound sales contacts per day set by
- Focus on largest new business opportunities by maintaining a working Top 10 prospect list at all
- Deliver effective proposals based in client
- Grow number of active accounts/sales revenue through segmentation, cloning, and other growth
- Produce accurate sales forecasts based on account/market potential on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
- Remain current on industry technology, trends, market activities, and competitors at all
Revenue Goal Achievement
- Meet/exceed assigned sales revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
- Achieve company’s standard KPIs in required time period(s) along with others assigned by
- Close sales at a high percentage through utilization of strong negotiation
- Utilize and manage internal support resources in a positive, respectful manner to enhance sales
- Contribute to team effort by working to accomplish team results along with individual

- Ensure accurate instructions, paperwork, verbal/written communication, project management, etc. at all
- Work to set realistic client campaign performance expectations; ensure creation of messaging that’s in alignment with the client’s stated expectations; adjust when necessary to ensure client expectations are

Standards of Performance
- Meet/exceed assigned sales revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
- Achieve company’s core KPI goals for position, along with additional KPI goals assigned by
- Develop and consistently maintain a strategic sales plan for assigned territory/account
- Maximize revenue from existing
- Complete at least 150 inbound/outbound, sales-focused contacts that are voice-to-voice connects per
- Continuously maintain a forecasted sales pipeline that consists of a minimum of four times (4x) quarterly budgeted revenue goal at all
- Achieve at least minimum digital sales percentage of overall sales revenue objectives set by
- Achieve minimum number of active accounts objective set by
- Ensure that revenue on contracts serviced and sold within territory and/or on account list fulfill to meet the terms of the
- Track all sales activity in company CRM software 100% of the

Requirements/Skills
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of successful experience in an outbound telesales/telemarketing
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using sales CRM
- Digital advertising/marketing understanding
