INCOG, the regional planning agency for the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, is seeking applicants for Land Regulation Specialist. This customer service oriented position primarily provides assistance to the public regarding zoning in the City of Tulsa and unincorporated Tulsa County. Duties include processing applications filed with the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (TMAPC) and Boards of Adjustment, responding to requests for record information and writing zoning verification letters for the public. The successful applicant must work well with the public, understand codes and regulations, meet deadlines and communicate well. Proficiency in Microsoft products required. Preference for degree in urban planning or related degree and land regulation experience.
Annual starting salary at $35,000-$40,000. Specific compensation based on qualifications and experience.
