FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A6’ BLACK CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE PROPERTY LINE
OF THE THUNDERING BUFFALO HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Fort Peck Tribes Health Promotion Disease Prevention Program [hereafter, “HPDP”] at P.O. Box 1027 Poplar, Montana 59255

ITEM TO BE BUILT
The HPDP Program is interested in constructing a 6’ black chain link fence around the property line of the Thundering Buffalo Health & Wellness Center. The fence will be constructed at 701 Frontage Road, Poplar, Montana, by the successful bidder. Final inspection and acceptance will be HPDP personnel upon said delivery. Final determination for the award of this contract belongs exclusively to HPDP. The HPDP reserves the right to waive defects in responses that it deems immaterial.
PRICE & PAYMENT TERMS
To submit an IFB you must provide a quote under the price and payment term listed above. Your proposed pricing must include any terms that apply to the pricing which will include pricing for the purposes of bidding, all labor and supplies necessary to complete the work and delivery costs. By submitting the quote, you agree that your offer will be valid for a period of 30 days, and may be accepted at any time by the Fort Peck Tribes HPDP Programs, thereby creating a valid contract on the terms and conditions described in this IFB.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. Bids must be made in accordance with the standard proposal guidelines listed in this bid packet.
B. The information submitted by the bidders must be typewritten or printed thereon, properly signed by the bidder.
C. All bids must conform to the minimum requirements as set forth in the specifications and requirements.
D. Consideration will be extended to each proposal individually, and the details set forth in the specifications.
E. Bidders submitting proposals via U. S. Mail shall be responsible to place their bid in the mail in sufficient time to insure delivery prior to the deadline of the bid.
F. The Fort Peck Tribes HPDP Programs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the purchase in the best interest of the public and the Fort Peck Assiniboine & Sioux Tribes.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
1. All bidders must include complete descriptive information with their bid.
2. Failure to comply with the above instructions may and can result in disqualification of bids.
3. Comply with T.E.R.O. requirements.
4. 60% of the payment will be disbursed at confirmation of bid selection and the remaining 40% of the contract will be paid after completion and inspection of project.
Specifications
The Fort Peck Tribes Health Promotion Disease Prevention (HPDP) program located in Poplar, MT is requesting a formal bid for the HPDP program to construct the following:
• 6’ Black Chain Link Fence on the north, west and east sides, 2040 linear feet.
• 6’ Residential Ornamental Steel.
• Sand filled plastic columns (wash rock).
• 1 4’ walk in gate on the west side.
• Roughly 32’ cantilever gates across both entrances on the west and south entrance.
IFB CLOSING DATE
Please submit proposals by June 2nd, 2022 4:30 (MST). The Fort Peck Tribes reserve the right to review and select the bid based on responsiveness of the bidder. HPDP will open proposals on June 3rd, 2022 at 1:00 pm (MST). HPDP will contact the selected proposal via email and/or telephone.
