Control Agent Supervisor
(Part-time)
Seeking a Control Agent Supervisor that is able to make individual decisions yet works well as a team.
Desired attributes would include:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, 10 Key and type at least 50 WPM.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, politeness while dealing with customer issues Problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work as a night shift supervisor (3pm-11pm), as well as Holidays and weekends!

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of call center agents.
- Be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations.
- Manage by walking around. Be visible to answer questions.
- Take calls that your agents cannot handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance.
- Monitor queue and track inbound calls. Keep agents aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate, etc.
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
