Customer Relations Coordinator
American West Development is currently expanding its Customer Service department and is looking for qualified applicants with customer service and clerical experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Receive and place phone calls to/from customers, staff, and trade partners.
- Troubleshoot and research customer concerns.
- Scan and prepare files for filing system.
- Provide office support for New Home Demonstration Specialists.
- Maintain and distribute weekly reports.
- Multitasking and strong organizational skills
- Above average customer service skills,
- Computer knowledge required, S
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work under pressure.
Position includes an Excellent compensation package.
