Customer Service Coordinator
American West Development is currently expanding its Customer Service department and is looking for qualified applicants with customer service and clerical experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer/homeowner satisfaction, by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Receive and place phone calls to/from homeowners, staff, and trade partners.
- Schedule appointments and maintain schedules of staff Process homeowner requests .
- Troubleshoot and research customer concerns.
- Required skills and areas of expertise multitasking and strong organizational skills.
- Above average customer service skills.
- Computer knowledge required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
